who is emily woods?

I am a residential real estate Broker Associate with Compass Real Estate. I am licensed in both NJ and PA. My service area includes the South New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia regions.

As the principal agent of the Emily Woods Group at Compass RE, we are dedicated to providing our clients with quality service and a rewarding real estate experience.

I currently live in Collingswood, NJ with my husband and two children. Before we settled in NJ, we lived in Philadelphia, Wyncote, and even briefly in Hershey, PA! We finally chose to put roots down in Collingswood for many reasons. Collingswood is a community that compliments my family’s lifestyle and provides us the balance and quality of life we value. Being walkable to shops, parks, rivers, and lakes was what drew us to the are. Having an active community, and its close proximity to Philadelphia were key factors when we made the decision to purchase a home here.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I enjoyed a career as an architectural lighting designer in the Philadelphia area. I have a BFA in Theatrical Design and Technology and a Minor in Architectural Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. I feel that my background in design and project management strengthens my ability to serve both home buyers and sellers.

My team serves the Greater Philadelphia Region. Most of my business is focused in the city of Philadelphia, PA and the suburban communities just over the river in New Jersey which I call home. Living in Collingswood is a central location for me to be able to conveniently serve all of my clients!

I love meeting new people and helping to guide them through such a personal experience.
